Twitterfund is live - let's club together to help make twitter better

After a relatively short gestation, www.twitterfund.com is now live. The aim is to raise funds for Twitter.

News of Twitter's death has been much exaggerated, but the knives have certainly been out for a while. And even the latest round of $15m in VC funding hasn't dramatically improved things. It seems that money can't buy you love.

But, as I see it, Twitter's just growing up from a cheeky child to a badly-behaved teenager. And just needs a bit of support to help it through this little "phase".

So, following a bit of twitterchatter with Zeroinfluencer, I set it up to see if people would be prepared to pay a small amount into a fund which I'll hand over to Twitter on 1 September. Watch this space for the results, but today - the first day it really went live - seemed to go OK.

Any suggestions to improve the site would be much appreciated. As would any link-love.
