Happy Slap Politics - is this a real Tory viral?

It's made by asabailey - so should pretty reputable. But the blurb is (deliberately) coy as to who actually paid for it. The other link on the clip goes to a (defunct?) comedy clip site...

I just can't believe that any political party (but especially the Conservatives) would do this - even if the aim is to be deliberately provocative. Whatever has happened to political discourse - has Tory politics really been reduced to a youtube clip of teenage happy slapping - with the assumption being that it's the Labour Government's fault?

Or is it asabailey wanting to get a name for themselves via a bit of controversy...

Any ideas?
